LT. BLANO -1912

The Daily Journal and Tribune, Knoxville, Tennessee: October 5, 1912, Transcribed by Bob Davis - 6-11-04 "Military Aviator Killed" "Chalons, France, Oct. 17. - Another French military aviator, Lieut. Blano, was killed today. He was flying in his monoplane over the entrenched camp here when one of his wings broke and he was thrown from a height of 1,200 feet."
