"Robert Catargi learned how to fly at Henriot School in Reims, France, but neglected taking his license. He returned to Romania and he was hired by the Chitila School. In Romania he flew on a Wright airplane only four times: on 19 and 29 October, 1 and 14 November 1910. He died on April 2nd, 1912 in a car accident."

There is an excellent article on the history of the Chitila Piloting School (in Romanian) at:
Chitila Piloting School

with numerous photographs and references to Negrescu, Vlaicu, Macri, Bibescu and Goliescu (featured on your website).
In the same article there are mentioned 2 early pilots: Robert Catargi and Nicolae Costin - unknown to me.
