The Daily Journal and Tribune, Knoxville, Tennessee: October 16, 1912, Transcribed by Bob Davis - 6-11-04 "Berne, Switzerland, Oct. 15. - A double flying fatality occurred at Chaux-de-Fonds, near Neuchatel. "A Swiss airman named Cobioni was making an aeroplane flight carrying a newspaper man named Bippert as a passenger when the machine collapsed and fell from a height of eighty feet, killing both.
