Hello Mr. Cooper,
I am a distant cousin of Roland Knowlson's who has been doing geneology research. Here is the info I have on him.
Born: 2 Jan 1893 Peekskill, Westchester County, New York
Died: 1957
1917-1918: World War I Draft Registration Card
1920: Designated "aviator"
Later identified as being in "Oil Business."
