"Aviator and Passenger, Killed,"
"Chicago, July 8.
Wurzburg, Germany, July 8
The German aviator Lendner, with a Frenchman as a passenger, gave an exhibition aeroplane flight this afternoon as a feature of the Folkfest. The machine capsized at an altitude of sixty feet and both men were killed."

Flieger Lendner and, I assume, his passenger, Albert Senard were killed July 7th in a Lendner Eindecker in Wuerzburg (home of KH) in 1913.
