One of them appears to be irrelevant. One of the others appears to be obsolete. The one below does mention Popovici.

George Valentin Bibescu, first Romanian airman.      This page on the Aeroclubl Romaniei website features the career of George Bibescu. However, it does offer the following paragraph which speaks of Andrei Popovici. "End of August, Warsaw took in the FAI Conference.
