NEW ONES      LOOK: The Membership Committee, with Beckwith Havens skipper, approved the following membership applications after a vast amount of research and delving into the musty records, and on the same night of Novemer 12, the board approved the approval.      Sam Alvin Purcell, San Francisco Airport, San Bruno, Calif. He first soloed on a Cage tractor at Griffith Park in 1912.
