A biplane was constructed in Elmira in 1910 by Charles E. Teasdale, a young auto machinist who
lived on upper Davis St. and had a shop on Crete Ave. THe plane had a 16 h.p. 5-cylinder rotary engine. The frame was of clear
spruce, covered with cloth. |
