About Mr Fallu. My uncle, Lucien Fallu - maried to my mother's sister - was a somewhat distant relative of Mr Fallu. However, this does not explain the connection. I know Mr Fallu personnally. I was bilingual (French/English) which allowed me to work for the museum de la Gaspesie - summer job - as a guide. Later on we played hockey together (Fun league). This is the connection. (At this point you might ask yourself what is this place where everyone knows each other or is a relative :) ). Here is an attempt to explain: Gaspe is a small town at the end of the Gaspe Peninsula (or Gaspe coast). Basically the peninsula has numerous isolated fishing villages where roads were not open during the winters until 1959. This means that basically, a family name can be traced back to a village on the coast.
