| CEREMONIES AT CITY HALL by invitation of the Mayor of the City of New York, Robert F. Wagner. A proclamation of Aviation Week in the City of New York was presented to Mr. C. A. deGiers, President of the Early Birds, by Mayor Wagner. Afterwards the Early Birds posed with the Mayor on the steps of City Hall before departing by bus to Governors Island. |
