INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM AND EXPOSITION
IN CELEBRATION OF 100 YEARS OF POWERED FLIGHT
This PDF file, of 88 pages, offers a summary of the meeting which was held 14-17 July, 2003, under the auspices of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the International Council of Aeronautical Sciences. If you have the time, you will probably want to read the whole report. If your time is limited, you may want to read just the references to Feng Ru. You may want to use the FIND button of the Adobe Acrobat Reader on Feng Ru to locate the entry. I recommend that if time permits, you start your reading by finding the first instance of the word CHINA on page 16. You will find a comprehensive review of the development of aviation in China, including the references to Feng Ru and several other pioneer aviators on the next few pages.
